• The item must be in its original packaging.
• All original tags and security seals must be intact and attached to the garment.

5. How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@hautecouture-london.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
3. Ship the package to the address mentioned above. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, incorrect, or being processed under your statutory rights.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
